Global Restaurant Company | Fully Onsite – Chicago Loop

Contract: 9 Weeks

Hourly Pay: $20/hour


Swoon is partnering with a global leader in the restaurant industry to hire an Legal Assistant to support its U.S. Restaurant Development Legal team.


This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a corporate environment while supporting a team responsible for real estate acquisitions and new restaurant development projects.


This role is primarily administrative, making it a great fit for candidates with strong organizational skills and at least one year of office support experience.


What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Restaurant Development Legal team.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and team schedules.
  • Organize and maintain documents, files, and project materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks supporting real estate and restaurant development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects and daily operations run smoothly.
  • Support various office and team coordination activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office productivity tools.
