Senior Manager, R&D - Communication at a glance...
You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy for North America Research & Development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to R&D leadership, translating strategy, innovation, and performance into narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You will bring structure, rigor, and creativity to R&D communication, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while showcasing the people, capabilities, and impact of R&D.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive R&D communication strategy aligned to R&D transformation agenda, enterprise priorities, and corporate brand standards.
  • Serve as the primary communications advisor to R&D leadership, providing counsel on messaging, positioning, and engagement approaches.
  • Lead all forms of communications routines, including written, visual, presentations, digital channels, and collaboration tools, for enterprise-wide and key functional needs.
  • Translate complex technical and scientific topics into clear, audience appropriate narratives for employees, senior leaders, and enterprise partners.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00
