Job Description:
As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the installation of architectural millwork products, ensuring that every project is completed on time and to our high standards of quality. You will lead a team of skilled installers, coordinating daily activities, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
***THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION***
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of installers during the installation of millwork products.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to schedule installations and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Perform quality checks to guarantee that all installations meet our quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ Years experience in equivalent field, previous architectural millwork installation experience is required
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction techniques
  • Practical problem-solving skills to communicate any problems or obstacles
  • Time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required

  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail while working independently is required

Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to work in physically demanding jobs, lift and carry up to 50lbs, stand for 7+ hours per day, including sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb ladders and work at varying heights.
  • Requires the ability to operate, maneuver and/or control the actions of equipment, machinery, tools, and/or materials used in performing essential functions
