Beams Custom Woodworking & Cabinetry in Morgantown, PA is looking for a talented Architectural Millwork Project Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Manage architectural millwork projects from initial scope through final installation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project specifications and expectations
  • Review shop drawings, blueprints, and millwork specifications for accuracy and constructability
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Oversee production workflow in collaboration with shop foremen and craftsmen
  • Conduct site visits to assess field conditions and ensure quality of millwork installations
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
  • Strong knowledge of millwork materials, joinery techniques, and wood species
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with AWI standards and commercial millwork projects is a plus
