Beams Millwork is seeking an Architectural Millwork Project Manager to join their team!

At Beams Millwork, nestled in the heart of Morgantown, PA, we are renowned for our exceptional craftsmanship in architectural millwork. From residential sanctuaries to bustling commercial venues, our team elevates every space with unmatched precision and creativity. We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Attend kick-off meetings with sales, estimating & drafting.
Acquire all required samples for submittal.
Attend required site meetings.
Research hardware and appliances specifications.
Gather all required field dimensions and information to keep the job on schedule.
Review field dimensions with drafting.
Identify special, unique items or situations.
Ability to work on multiple jobs simultaneously to meet needs.
Communicate with site superintendent and contractor's project manager.
Assist the Office Manager with monthly billing.
Provide closeout documents at the end of the job.
Qualifications:

5 years experience in both commercial and residential millwork.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings.
Must be able to perform field measures and access site conditions.
Knowledge of AWI standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience working with custom cabinetry lines.
