About the job
We are a commercial cabinetry and architectural woodworking manufacturer providing quality product for education, healthcare, and government projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from award through installation, serving as the primary point of contact between our internal teams, general contractors, architects, and installers.
Key Responsibilities
•    Manage multiple commercial cabinetry projects from pre-production through installation
•    Lead project hand-offs from Estimating to PM, PM to Engineering/Production, and through Installation
•    Review and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, ASIs, and contract documents
•    Verify drawings, approved submittals, field dimensions, and maintain as-built drawings
•    Generate scopes of work, material take-offs, job summaries, and production checklists
•    Coordinate materials, purchase orders, shipments, and logistics
•    Perform quality control of fabricated products and installed work
•    Attend jobsite meetings and communicate with general contractors and customers
•    Support billing, subcontracting, and project closeout 
Qualifications
•    5+ years of experience in commercial cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking
•    Strong understanding of subcontractor roles in commercial construction
•    Fluent in reading architectural and shop drawings
•    Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
