This role requires a highly experienced architectural professional with a strong client-facing presence and deep understanding of project delivery from concept through construction.The ideal candidate will hold a professional degree in Architecture, with licensure preferred but not required. Experience engaging directly with clients to identify and interpret program requirements, develop design criteria, and lead teams through fast-paced project delivery environments.This position demands exceptional communication skills-for coordination with clients, internal teams, consultants, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). You will be responsible for producing clear, accurate construction documents that integrate current building and construction technologies, as well as overseeing the Construction Administration (CA) process, including RFIs, submittal reviews, site visits, punch walks, and reporting.Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a strong preference for experience in BIM 360 shared model environments. Familiarity with building, fire, and energy codes is required.
