As a Digital Assets Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise architecture within our Advisory practice. You will leverage your skills in integration and platform architecture to drive innovative solutions that meet client needs in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, all while upholding our reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic initiatives in blockchain readiness and enterprise architecture
- Overseeing the integration of blockchain systems with existing enterprise applications

- Managing multiple projects focused on blockchain regulatory compliance and business continuity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and process standardization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
