CSO is aresults-driven firm andis seeking a talented, energetic anddriven individual focused onadvancing theircareer.Corporate projects include, but not limited to: Workplace, healthcare, manufacturing/logistics, community, hospitality, housing/mixed use, airport and more.
Qualifications:
TheProject Architect/Manager will have the ability to manage projectsand project teams and produce documents through all project phases,as well as experience managing clients and coordination withconsultants.
Requirements:
  • LicensedArchitect preferred
  • Minimum6-10 years of experience managing commercialprojects
  • Strongdesign and graphic skills, exceptional knowledge of spaceprogramming, contract documents, detailing,specifications, team production management and contractadministration
