Position Summary

Arcesium is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its corporate team for a 6-month temporary assignment. This person will provide support to members of the management team, notably 2 Executives from our Client & Partner Development Team.

Responsibilities
  • Complex calendar management involving multiple time zones
  • Domestic and International travel arrangements
  • Track, reconcile, and submit business expenses
  • Oversee and track budget deductions
  • Coordinate team outings and client events
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ continuous years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the Finance, Fintech, or Technology
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude to learn new software
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to maintain a high level of composure, integrity, professionalism, and discretion while handling confidential information
  • Ability to adapt and pivot to changing requests and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and collaborative team player with a no task is too big or too small attitude

The expected annual base salary for this position is $40- $44. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.

The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
