In this field-based role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in resolving disputes between branches, customers, and third-party vendors while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You support the resolution of disputes related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs across multiple markets
  • You manage arbitration cases by applying company policies and industry standards to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
  • You liaise with rental branches, reconditioning facilities, and third-party vendors to resolve escalated and complex cases
  • You maintain quality standards through scheduled and unannounced site visits, auditing reconditioning work and documentation practices
