About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Sales Agent for Food & Beverage Department to join Jumeirah Group. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide support to guests in their food and beverage process through the explanation of the SBU's offerings, the clarification of any questions and the resolution of any technical issues, to ensure that accurate and fit-for-purpose information is provided to guests. 

  • Record guest preferences and special requests during sales efforts and liaise with the relevant functions to ensure that those requests are fulfilled whenever possible.

  • Seek feedback from guests and provide assistance on comments raised to ensure the SBU provides the highest standards of guest service. 

  • Implement menu knowledge of the IRD and restaurant.

  • Ensure to update the Information board on daily basis. 

  • Follow the producer to properly handover the shift.
