  • Gather customer insights and mine data to generate operational insights
  • Develop recommendations to improve customer delivery experience and support senior business decisions
  • Uncover trends and correlations to improve operational decisions
  • Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop best practices and advocate for enterprise-wide tool improvements
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity through test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Work with management on important issues and projects
  • Assess and document business procedures and develop recommended methods, implementation plans, schedules, and management reports
  • Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce reports
  • Review reports and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Research and analyze comparable organizations and operations
  • Support strategic-client business reviews by developing and presenting materials demonstrating DSV performance and value creation

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred, with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business, or Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Excel pivot tables and formulas, Windows, and Visio
  • English reading, writing, and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle basic statistical control methods
  • BigQuery and ability to write advanced SQL queries
  • Ability to clean and validate data
  • Experience with Data Studio, gSheets, gSlides, Apps Script, AppSheet, and Gemini
  • MS Office Access and Excel expertise, including pivot tables
  • Ability to implement and validate corrective and preventative actions
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
