Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of the site.
What you'll do:
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols.
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone and video phone in a professional manner.
  • Manage visitor logs for contractors and visitors entering gate 5.
  • Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building and on site.
  • Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision.
  • Direct driver to appropriate delivery location as needed.
  • Assign and return visitor badges daily.
  • Ensure proper document vetting requirements for site visitors and/or contractors.
  • Must be flexible in covering other Workplace Experience team roles as necessary and as schedule varies.
  • Adhere to site/department provided uniform standards.
What You'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Advanced organization skills with an inquisitive mindset.
