RESPONSIBILITES OF THE JOB

  • As an Apprentice Technician, you will work alongside our top technicians in the shop and learn/perform repairs that are beyond the scope of an Express Technician
  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Effectively communicate with your Technician Mentor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Learn how to use our drive-through car wash for every customer vehicle

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous express technician experience preferred but willing to hire a student currently enrolled in an established Automotive Program
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and proactive communicator
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Ensure that customer's cars are kept clean
  • Fix it right the first-time mentality
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
