Fire Sprinkler Apprentice - Locations: EaganWintegrity is searching for
(2) Fire Sprinkler Apprentice to join a growing team supporting commercial and residential fire sprinkler installation projects. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-earn opportunity ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, framing, farming, or related trades. Candidates must be willing to travel weekly to job sites within a 2-hour radius of Eagan, MN.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist licensed journeymen with the installation, modification, and servicing of fire sprinkler systems
- Install sprinkler piping, heads, hangers, and related components according to approved blueprints and NFPA 13/13R/13D standards
- Cut, thread, groove, and join pipe using hand and power tools
- Support system testing, flushing, and inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Attend all required apprenticeship classes and complete coursework on schedule
- Travel weekly to assigned project sites within a 2-hour radius
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:- Prior experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, framing, sprinkler installation, farming, or other hands-on labor environments preferred
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn technical trade skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periods
- Stable employment history required; candidates with frequent job changes every 3-4 months will not be considered
- Must pass a background check and complete a company application
- Valid driver's license required
EDUCATION:High school diploma or GED required
CERTIFICATION:Enrollment in, or eligibility for, a UA (United Association) or equivalent registered apprenticeship program
preferred ADDITIONAL DETAILS:- Compensation ranges from $25-$32/hour, with a $45/day per diem for food and hotel accommodations covered for overnight assignments.
