Technical Support Specialist III (Senior)

Job Summary: As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you'll address the most complex technical challenges, providing expert-level support and guidance. This role encompasses system administration, advanced troubleshooting, and mentoring junior staff, driving IT infrastructure improvements and strategic departmental goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related field, including 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve advanced technical issues involving IT infrastructure and complex environments.
  • Manage server and network configurations.
  • Mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
  • CompTIA Security+: Validates baseline cybersecurity skills.
