Job description

Everdry Waterproofing of SE Wisconsin is looking for Sales Appointment Setters to work in our Waukesha office! Your primary duties will be to contact potential leads over the phone and set up appointments for free basement inspections.

No phone sales experience? No problem! We'll train the right candidate!

BASE PAY, PLUS BONUSES AND COMMISSIONS! Make an average of $20+ per hour with bonuses and commissions.

  • This position is located in Waukesha, WI and candidates must be able to work onsite.
  • Expected schedule is weekday afternoons until closing at 9PM with some Saturdays 11am-3pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow Scripts
    • Schedule in-home basement inspections
    • Handle all inbound inquiries, including calls, email, texts, and chat
    • Responsible for making outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting
    • Properly enter detailed notes for all calls and appointment activities into CRM
    • Handle a fast-paced calling environment with 200+ calls per day
    • Address customer inquiries regarding product availability and scope of work
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
