Job description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative with solid experience making 80+ outbound calls a day. A minimum of 3 years’ experience with outbound calling and CRM experience is required. You must be confident in making dials, setting appointments with the decision maker and your CRM data entry skills must be strong. This position is 8:00am – 5:00pm in an office setting Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday is a remote day and Friday we are off.

What you’ll do:

  • B2B Lead generation.
  • Research and identify leads in local markets.
  • Initiate the sales process by conducting outbound calls and coordinate the initial consultation meeting.
  • Interact with business owners in a variety of industries such as: healthcare, retail, corporate offices, fitness centers, and many more.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Research and Contact businesses that would benefit from the Coverall® Program
  • Outbound Calling - (no auto dialer)
  • Quality Appointment Setting
  • Coordinate sales appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives
  • Ability to create and maintain professional rapport with potential clients
  • Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets for your position
  • Data entry through CRM database
  • Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
