Job description

Appointment Setter -- Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio

The Role at a Glance

The Appointment Setter is a sales-driven position centered on connecting with prospective clients by phone, gauging their interest, and locking in appointments on the Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio calendar. You'll work from our studio call center handling both inbound and outbound calls -- all with warm leads -- using proven call frameworks. Your job is simple to describe and rewarding to do: turn conversations into booked sessions that keep our pipeline full.

About Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio

Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio is a portrait photography studio based in Roseville, CA. We create portraits families hold onto for generations, and we treat every client relationship with the same care we put into the work itself. Our studio isn't just a place to clock in -- it's a close-knit team that shows up for each other and for our clients at every step.

Is This You?

Do you light up when a conversation ends with a "yes"? Do you like seeing your effort show up directly in your paycheck? If you have a proven sales track record, you're persuasive, upbeat, and genuinely enjoy talking with people who care about preserving family memories, this role was built for you.

As a Client Booking Specialist, you're the first voice clients hear from our brand. You'll make great first impressions, build real rapport over the phone, and guide warm leads toward booking their session. Prior sales experience helps, but it's not required -- what we can't train is energy and a love of good conversation, so bring those and we'll handle the rest.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $25/hour competitive base pay
  • Bi-Weekly paychecks
  • Weekly performance bonuses for hitting your metrics
  • Thorough onboarding plus ongoing coaching
  • A genuinely fun team culture
What Your Week Looks Like
  • Monday-Friday, [8 am - 5 pm], guaranteed 40 hours
  • Outbound and inbound calls with potential clients -- warm leads only, zero cold calling
  • Booking clients directly into the studio schedule
  • Working toward clear daily call and booking targets
  • This is a remote position (required to have your own computer, secondary monitor and headset)
What We're Looking For
  • A positive, high-energy attitude -- non-negotiable
  • Strong, clear communication skills
  • Phone sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus, not a requirement -- we train our booking team to achieve
