Copeland Toyota has an opening within our service center call team. We are a growing automotive group with room for advancement. We are looking for applicants with a solid customer service background and call center or appointment setting skills. Automotive experience is not required however, Business Development Center experience is a plus. This is not a remote position. Count on Copeland for a great career choice!

A Service Appointment Coordinator is the first point of contact for our service customers. Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority!

Example of full-time hours available:

Sunday: OFF, Monday: 8AM-6PM ,Tuesday OFF, Wednesday: 7AM-6PM, Thursday: 7AM-5PM, Friday: 8AM-5PM,Saturday:8AM-4PM
