We're looking for an APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR to join our Service Team.

The best candidates are friendly, reliable, and enjoy grasping new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to service department phone inquiries
  • Set customer appointments to visit service department
  • Provide customers with dealership information
  • Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates
  • Make customer reminder and follow up calls
  • Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system daily

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership
  • Internet and computer savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
