Job Description BCforward seeks an Application Programmer III to support Treasury and Strategic Forecasting Technology within the Chief Financial Officer organization. The role will maintain and enhance .NET applications on Windows/IIS, contribute to CI/CD practices, and ensure application health and reliability across mixed Windows and Linux environments. Responsibilities: Maintain and support .NET applications on Windows/IIS, including deployments and issue resolution. Coordinate with infrastructure and development teams for deployments, outages, and upgrades. Administer and improve CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower, and XL Release. Support and, where applicable, migrate workloads on OpenShift. Manage source control and code migrations in line with policy and governance. Apply maintenance releases, upgrades, and hotfixes across supported applications and platforms. Perform UNIX access management, directory setup, and archival mechanisms. Conduct platform capacity planning and performance management. Serve as an escalation point for production and platform incidents and drive resolution. Design solutions that reduce operational and management complexity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in .NET application support on Windows/IIS. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower, and XL Release. Experience managing source control, code migrations, and CI/CD processes. Ability to perform platform capacity planning and coordinate infrastructure activities. Strong analytical, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, verbal and written. Education: B.E or equivalent experience. Experience level: 7-10 years in relevant roles. Preferred Skills: Experience with OpenShift or container platforms. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
