The Apple Services Product team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated leader to drive partnerships, strategy and go-to-market activities for Apple Business Connect and Apple Maps. The person we are looking for should have deep experience in commercial partnerships, and a passion for delivering the best customer experience possible.
Description
This role will develop and communicate a strategic plan to scale brand and partner activation with Apple Business and Apple Maps. Ideal candidates will bring familiarity with product partnerships, technical integrations and marketing partnerships. With the ability to collaborate cross functionally with product, legal, design, marketing, and engineering teams to make sure partnerships come to life. You will be communicating feedback internally on how external partners and business owners use, engage with, and find value in our product. You will use judgement and empathy to balance the needs of Maps consumer app users, business owners who use Business Connect, and Partners who drive value in the middle. As our Product grows, you will work across other Apple Services Partnerships and Product leads to evangelize our work and find ways to collaborate.
This person is responsible for building and executing partnership strategies across both the Maps consumer experience and the Apple Business product, with a focus on both product integrations and go-to-market success with brands. You should bring strong presentation skills including to large audiences with excellent social, written, and verbal communication and listening skills. You should have hustle, take initiative on your own, and have finesse. This role will be engaging with CEOs and also junior business development leads - navigating how to effectively push our agenda forward. Creative problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required, as well as the ability to effectively function in a fast-paced highly technical environment.

Lead all phases of partnership execution: outreach, negotiation, deal structuring, integration, through GTM success.

BA / BS required
7+ years of commercial deal experience or commercial account management is required. Experience could range from product partnerships, business development, or related roles, ideally with experience in b2b SaaS and/or consumer platforms partnerships.
Familiarity with location services platforms, local search advertising, or similar
Hustle, initiative, and finesse-comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
Exceptional communication - oral and written. Storytelling a plus!
Demonstrated ability to execute complex technical and commercial deals from sourcing through launch.
Technical product fluency-able to advise partners on best practices for a technical integration with us.
Experience in persuasion and/or background in sales.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $280,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
