Apple's AMR (Americas) Operations team is critical to ensuring Apple's ground-breaking designs translate into industry-leading products, delivered on time and to Apple's unmatched quality standards. This team oversees the end-to-end supply chain throughout North and South America, encompassing fulfillment, planning, and the successful launch of new products and programs. By prioritizing speed and customer delight, AMR Operations ensures Apple products reach customers quickly and efficiently, supporting Apple's reputation for precision and excellence in the Americas.

Description
Through an 18-month rotation program, you will gain hands-on experience in various roles across the supply chain, optimizing sell-through across different routes-to-market. You will work on planning, allocation, and logistics of our finished goods, learning through a mix of classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentorship. You will witness the complex end-to-end flow of goods and take a meaningful role with direct impact, including meeting our cost and carbon goals, maximizing revenue, and improving the customer experience. After these rotations, you’ll be placed in a position in one of our Operations teams, employing your cross-functional background.","responsibilities":"SAMPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - VARIES BY ROTATION ASSIGNMENT:
Support supply chain decisions by forecasting product demand (both new and existing products), analyzing production needs, allocating supply across all channels of distribution.
Influence allocation and new product introduction strategy across the entire Reseller Channel, including Telcos, National Retailers, Distributors, Enterprise, and Education.
Participate in logistics projects and programs, develop transportation strategies, and manage supplier relationships across the Americas to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize overall logistics execution.
Drive strategic initiatives to shape Apple's supply chain and omni-channel roadmap, while also identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and sustainability
