POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Sr Appian Developer will provide expert-level experience with current Appian versions. Have proven ability to write complex Appian SAIL Code. Provide deep knowledge of Appian Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, CDTs, Process Models, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven ability to write complex Appian SAIL code.
  • Hands-on experience across Appian Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, CDTs, Process Models, Integrations, Connected Systems, and Data Stores.
  • Demonstrated Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA for sprint planning and issue tracking.
  • No degree required — equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Appian Level 2 certification (Appian Certified Senior Developer).
  • Experience integrating applications via APIs / web services and single sign-on (e.g., Login.gov).
  • Section 508 / WCAG 2.x AA accessible-design experience.
  • FedRAMP or government-cloud experience (e.g., Appian Government Cloud).
  • Prior federal or public-sector delivery experience.
CLEARANCE & ELIGIBILITY
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Personnel with access to the platform are designated Moderate Risk (Tier 2); if the role also performs system administration, a High Risk designation applies.
