Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow automation solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Appian applications, integrating enterprise systems, and working in Agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
  • Build and configure Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, Sites, and Dashboards.
  • Develop Expression Rules, Decision Rules, Constants, Data Types (CDTs), and Process Variables.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions.
  • Integrate Appian with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Objects, and Connected Systems.
  • Develop and optimize Appian data models and work with relational databases.
  • Configure security, user groups, roles, and access permissions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Create technical documentation and deployment packages.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot application issues.
