Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Senior Appian Developer with a strong background in business process management. The role involves designing business solutions, working on Agile projects, and collaborating closely with key business users to implement complex systems.
Responsibilities:
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in business process management. Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
• Experience of working on Agile projects. Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
• Knowledge of Appian Smart Services. Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
• Proven track of working closely with key business users Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.
• Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment
• Experience and understanding of business process flows Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
• Expert in writing business requirements Expert in writing functional requirements.
• Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models.
• Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders Translates ideas into concrete work activities should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine).
• Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards.
