This Sales Development Representative is a role dedicated to supporting, activating, and expanding our MSP partner ecosystem. This role plays a key part in our channel growth strategy by driving new partner recruitment, generating pipeline through targeted outreach, and supporting partners before, during, and after events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO::
  • Identify, research, and recruit new MSP partners through outbound outreach, campaigns, and event engagements.
  • Conduct introductory calls to qualify potential partners, understand their business model, and position the value of partnering with us.
  • Conduct outbound calls to lead campaigns consisting of warm leads and cold calls.
  • Qualify outbound leads via phone, webform, and email.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate interest, qualify, educate, and develop new opportunities while working with field sales team counterparts to help build territory plan.
  • Feel comfortable talking about product and following script, new business only, new inquiries not aligned with anyone, gain interest, then handoff to account executive.
  • Deal with high volume and quick turn around.
  • Travel occasionally as needed to staff events and/or for lead acquisition.
  • This role follows a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated success in sales development or lead generation.
  • Prior experience with cloud and/or SaaS products preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand technology and communicate it to prospects.
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Knowledge of business organizational structures and buying influences.
  • BS/BA or equivalent preferred.

COMPENSATION:
  • The standard base pay for this position across the U.S. is $27.50 hourly. Compensation may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role.
  • Commission: $20,000
