Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Slack Platform Administrator to support their Collaboration team by managing Slack instances and assisting with their migration into the enterprise environment. The role focuses on Slack administration, security controls, access management, and instance migration, requiring hands-on experience in an enterprise setting.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage multiple Slack instances, including temporary or standalone environments
• Ensure Slack instances comply with enterprise security standards, including access controls and lockdown requirements
• Manage guest accounts and external access in accordance with security policies
• Support the migration of Slack instances into the primary enterprise Slack environment
• Assist with migrating Slack applications and integrations, including reviewing scopes and permissions
• Partner with internal security and collaboration teams to ensure compliance and smooth transitions
• Provide operational support for Slack-related configuration, access, and administration tasks
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on experience administering Slack in an enterprise or large-scale environment
• Strong understanding of: Slack workspace settings, User and guest account management, Security and access controls
