Job description

Accounts Payable Supervisor
Are you a detail-oriented leader with a strong accounts payable background? In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, and lead the Accounts Payable team while maintaining strong financial controls.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee full-cycle accounts payable operations
  • Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and payment eligibility
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve AP issues
  • Ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment
  • Review reports, maintain financial controls, and oversee reconciliations to the general ledger
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and support hiring and training efforts

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GL reconciliations
  • Oracle Retail/Finance experience preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
