Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH recruitment is hiring for an account's payable specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is searching for an accounts payable specialist with high volume and great plains software experience. This position is working fully in office. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits,
Responsibilities to include:
· Handle high-volume Accounts Payable for two companies.
· Manage AP for corporate office as well as a second affiliated company.
· Process ACH payments and support the full AP cycle.
· Responsible for all AP functions outside of tax-related activities.
· Work in a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Strong background in high-volume Accounts Payable.
· Experience processing ACH payments.
· Ability to manage multiple entities and a large invoice volume.
· Experience with Great Plains is a significant plus.
