About the Role

We are seeking a Campaign Lead to join the Marketing & Communications delivery team, supporting a major financial services enterprise client across customer engagement and lifecycle campaign programs.

This role is a business-led campaign management position, focused on the end-to-end coordination and delivery of email marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams. You will operate within a fast-paced delivery environment, working across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with business objectives.

You will play a key role in managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery processes, while ensuring strong collaboration across campaign planning, content development, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery

  • Supporting the delivery of email marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams

  • Managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time campaign delivery

  • Coordinating campaign execution activities across internal and client teams

Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination

  • Working closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

  • Acting as the central point of coordination between business, creative, and marketing automation teams

  • Supporting structured communication and alignment across all parties

Campaign Planning & Preparation

  • Contributing to content development and campaign preparation

  • Supporting briefing processes and ensuring requirements are clearly defined and communicated

  • Assisting in campaign readiness through coordination with relevant teams

Execution Support & Quality Assurance

  • Providing structured, reliable support in a fast-paced delivery environment

  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and in line with defined processes

  • Supporting QA and validation prior to campaign launch

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • 5+ years strong experience in email marketing strategy, campaign delivery and coordination

  • Understanding of end-to-end campaign delivery processes from campaign briefing creation to creative and content development, segmentation, testing and managing approvals.

  • Demonstrated project management capability including managing timelines and dependencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments

  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement

Preferred

  • Technical and overall experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

  • Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms including Braze, Salesforce, Adobe and Oracle / Responsys

  • Understanding of end-to-end campaign delivery processes

  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows

  • Experience supporting content development and campaign planning

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
