Seeking a Family Practice Physician for an outpatient permanent opening in the Finger Lakes Region of Western NY near Canandaigua.

  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • M-F, Full-time 40 hours a week
  • Call 1 week every 7-8 weeks (phone only) - Secure text from answering service and then the clinician calls them back (light volume)
  • Will see all ages
  • Typically, see approx. 18 ppd
  • EMR is ECW
  • Salary 200-240k depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, and eligible for loan repayment through HRSA
