Job Title: Finishing Entry Level Saw Operator
Reports To: Team Leader, following the direction of the Anodizing Manager
SHIFT/HOURS: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 work schedule. 1st shift starts at 7 am- until 7 pm
Starting Pay: $22.08/hour, with the ability to earn more
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Saw Operator to join our team. As a Finishing Saw Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision cutting and finishing of various materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Operate saw machinery to cut materials according to specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient cutting.
  • Inspect finished cuts for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks within designated timelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance on saw machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, always following safety protocols.
  • Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of materials used and projects completed.

What You Will Need:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and ability to lift heavy objects.
