Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will generally lead a team of four Maintenance Technicians and be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and upholding EHS performance, practices, and compliance standards that directly impact productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Work SCHEDULE:
This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle.
This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery.
Additionally, for weeks worked over 40 hours, you are paid overtime.
For weeks you are working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours.
Rotation:
3 days off: Saturday – Monday
2 days on: Tuesday & Wednesday
2 days off: Thursday & Friday
This pattern repeats consecutively as part of the 2‑3‑2 rotation.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Experience with continuous improvement techniques
Experience with Finishing and /or Anodizing processes. Trained and competent in LEAN principles
Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis
Experience leading EHS initiatives throughout an organization
