Schedule:

  • Tuesday โ€“ Friday: 11:00 a.m. โ€“ 7:00 p.m, Saturday: 7:00 a.m. โ€“ 3:00 p.m (Subject to change based on business needs.

Starting Wage

  • Starting at $18.00 per hour

Primary Function:

  • Position is responsible for operating automated coating machines.
  • This requisition is for a production floater. This position will provide support in various areas throughout our dip spin facility.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate line per operator work instructions.
  • Mixing and testing of coating material for production.
  • Responsible for keeping area clean.
  • Contribute/participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Required to comply with all Company/Plant, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • May be required to perform other duties assigned.


Job Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read and follow written work instructions
  • Have basic computer and math skills
  • Must be able to follow verbal instructions
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and quality a must.
  • Must maintain a valid forklift license.
  • Must be able to work overtime as scheduled.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form.
  • Position requires constant bending, twisting, pulling and climbing on and off the forklift truck.
  • Understands the environmental directives of EPC.
  • Understands the environmental impact of their division.
  • Maintain production to reach daily production targets
  • Train new employees
