Marketing Operation & Data Analytics Intern
Job Description
Do you love data and marketing? We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Data Analytics Intern to help us improve the structure of our marketing engine. You'll get hands-on experience working with real campaign data, CRM systems, and lead management processes that directly impact how we engage customers and drive growth.
If you enjoy spotting patterns, organizing information, and turning data into something meaningful-this role was made for you. This is an in-person role. Ideal candidate must live within the commutable distance from Irvine, CA office.
Responsibilities
  • Clean, organize, and maintain marketing and sales data
  • Support CRM management (think lead tracking, segmentation, and optimization)
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and insights
  • Build reports and dashboards that help teams make smarter decisions
  • Assist in improving lead flow and pipeline organization
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to streamline processes

Your Summer Project(s)
You'll take ownership of projects that actually move the needle, such as:
  • Auditing and improving CRM data structure and lead management workflows
  • Building a marketing performance dashboard from the ground up
  • Mining data to uncover new audience segments or growth opportunities
  • Helping optimize how leads move through the funnel
