Job description

As a Debt Negotiator, you will be speaking directly to creditors in a courteous and professional manner to negotiate unsecured debts for a reduced settlement on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Contact and build solid relationships with creditors, law firms, and collections agencies to reach settlements on clients? behalf.

Monitor and analyze client accounts to determine necessary funds to accurately process settlement and payment of company fees.

Communicate effectively and persuasively.

Gather and provide documentation as needed and payment of accounts

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals.
