Job description

SUMMARY: Oversees the Amusements Team Leaders and Amusements Attendants. Provides assistance to Amusements Manager, Assistant Director and Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

โ—Serve as guest first point of contact for the Amusement Park/Storyland

โ—Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during all interactions.

โ—Ensure all rides are properly and adequately staffed.

โ—Ensure a safe experience for all guests.

โ—Open and/or close the facility as required.

โ—Monitor and ensure satisfactory conditions and cleanliness of the entire facility.

โ—Monitor condition and level of inventory and equipment; process orders as necessary.

โ—Ensure that all labor and safety guidelines are being adhered to, during park operation.

โ—Responding to, facilitating and/or assisting with park safety incidents as a representative of management.

โ—Ensure that all staff are following policies and procedures.

โ—Assist cashiers with the preparation of cash reports.

โ—Prepares daily reports, reviews and audits time sheets..

โ—Conducts daily audits of ride operators to ensure a safe operation

โ—Plans and assigns work schedules effectively and fairly.

โ—Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

โ—Directly supervises all Ride Operators, Cashiers, and Team Leaders in the Amusement department.

โ—Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizationโ€™s policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

โ—High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
