                                          Mainframe Developer (W2 only)
Location: Westlake, TX (Hybrid)

Locals preferred

Introduction:

This Mainframe Developer position is located in Westlake, TX and will be part of the Core Money Movement applications team. The role involves working on highly critical applications such as EFP, wire transfers, and moving between brokerage accounts. The main responsibilities include enhancements, feature development, and supporting the existing Mainframe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining Mainframe applications using COBOL, SQL, JCL, IBM DB2, and other related technologies
  • Working on enhancements and feature development for Core Money Movement applications
  • Supporting highly critical applications such as EFP, wire transfers, and brokerage account transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of new features
  • Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to improve code quality
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in the Mainframe environment
  • Following best practices and standards for Mainframe development
Requirements:Required Skills:
  • Hands-on development experience with COBOL, SQL, JCL, IBM DB2, and other Mainframe technologies
  • Knowledge of CICS, VSAM, Fileaid, Endevour, SQL over DB2 processing concepts, database management, Debuggers, schedulers, and Control M
  • Experience in testing Mainframe applications
