Pay & Compensation Structure
We believe your time is valuable. We pay a guaranteed hourly rate instead of unpredictable cents-per-mile (CPM):

  • Base Pay: $23.00 / hour (First 40 hours)
  • Overtime Pay: $34.50 / hour (After 40 hours)
  • Weekly direct deposit every week.

Flexible Route Options Designed for Your Lifestyle
Whether you are looking for home-daily CDL jobs or prefer regional sleeper routes, we have a schedule that fits your needs. Our evening and overnight shifts ensure lighter traffic and smoother transit.

SOLO1 Routes (Home Daily)(6PM-8PM) :

  • 3 Days / 36 hours: $828 / week | $43,056 / year
  • 4 Days / 48 hours: $1,196 / week | $62,192 / year
  • 5 Days / 60 hours: $1,610 / week | $83,720 / year

SOLO2 Routes (Overnight / Regional Sleeper)(Start Times Varies):

  • 2 Days / 24 hours: $552 / week | $28,704 / year
  • 4 Days / 48 hours: $1,196 / week | $62,192 / year

Note: We also offer Hybrid Routes mixing SOLO1 and SOLO2 schedules based on freight availability. Weekend availability is required for all positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles transporting dedicated Amazon freight.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, DOT compliance, and timely deliveries using Amazon routing software.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and safe driving history.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Comfortable operating on evening/overnight schedules.
