Job description

Ecommerce Warehouse Associate
This position is with a small but rapidly growing beauty and wellness focused eCommerce company located in Ladson, SC. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable candidate with strong experience in eCommerce order fulfillment, Amazon FBA preparation, and inventory management. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited to someone who is comfortable with repetitive, methodical tasks performed to a consistent, high standard, day after day.

Medaltus, LLC is a privately owned and operated eCommerce and Logistics company, specializing in sales and services for beauty and wellness brands.

Responsibilities include:

Order Fulfillment & Shipping:

  • Pick, pack, and ship daily eCommerce orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Accurately complete daily order processing within required shipping deadlines
  • Receive and QC incoming inventory shipments in case and pallet sizes.
  • Prepare and label shipments for Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), ensuring compliance with Amazon requirements
  • Prepare B2B shipments to retailers (e.g.,Walmart, Walgreens) as well as physician and professional offices.

Inventory & Receiving:

  • Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments (case and pallet sizes)
  • Organize and manage stock to ensure efficient picking and replenishment based on expiry dates and first in first out inventory tracking methods


Warehouse Maintenance & Special Projects:

  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment - everyone shares responsibility for general upkeep (e.g., changing a trash bag when it's full); no job is considered 'someone else's'
  • Assist with product kitting, promotional packaging, and special prep projects as needed

The ideal candidate:

  • Prior experience in eCommerce fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, or warehouse shipping & receiving strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with packing standards and labeling requirement for Amazon FBA and retail shipments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, including on repetitive, everyday tasks
  • Ability to work independently as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to lift and move boxes/packages up to 60lbs
  • Is reliable and accountable - follows through on commitments and owns their mistakes
  • Shows up to work each day with a positive attitude
  • Is comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks and can maintain consistent accuracy doing the same task many times over
  • Takes ownership of general warehouse upkeep - willing to jump in on shared tasks (like taking out the trash) without being asked, because it needs to be done
  • Understands the urgency of shipping deadlines and can shift pace and priorities quickly when a situation calls for it
  • At least somewhat comfortable with technology (scanners, inventory software, basic computer systems) and willing to learn ours
  • Takes pride in their work and holds themselves to a high standard, even on the routine, day-to-day tasks


Stuff you should know:

  • Hours: 40 hrs/week.
  • Schedule: The warehouse operates Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5:00pm, except on major holidays. Occasional weekend shifts are required to meet fulfillment and shipping deadlines. Must be available on Mondays & Fridays.
  • Paid via direct-deposit bi-weekly
  • Eligible for paid time-off and paid holidays after 90-day initial review period

  • Wage: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour / DOE
