Summary:

The E-commerce Administrative Coordinator supports the Amazon Channel Manager in managing and optimizing a high-volume Amazon seller account. This role focuses on daily operational support, listing management, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to improve product performance and maintain marketplace standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in e-commerce operations within the Amazon ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Amazon Channel Manager with daily account management and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with content, graphic design, and purchasing teams to onboard new products and optimize existing listings.
  • Monitor Amazon performance metrics and assist in maintaining account health standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Participate in reviewing customer complaint reports related to product condition and performance.
  • Optimize product listings based on team input and marketplace insights.
  • Assist with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operational tasks.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the broader e-commerce team.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to account activities.
Experience You’ll Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably supporting Amazon accounts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
