Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Warehouse Manager to lead large-scale U.S. warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overall warehouse performance, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, outbound shipping, labor planning, process optimization, cost control, safety compliance, and team development.
The Senior Warehouse Manager will serve as a key member of the U.S. supply chain and warehouse leadership team, responsible for managing high-volume warehouse operations, improving operational efficiency, building scalable processes, and supporting the company’s continued expansion in the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in large-scale warehouse management, B2C fulfillment, Amazon FBA operations, team leadership, KPI management, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee daily operations of large-scale U.S. warehouses, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, labeling, packing, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
  • Manage warehouse performance metrics, including labor productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, space utilization, fulfillment efficiency, shipping timeliness, and overall operational cost.
  • Develop and implement warehouse operation strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, optimize manpower allocation, and support business growth.
  • Establish, review, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs, workflows, and position-specific work instructions to ensure standardized, scalable, and replicable operations.
  • Plan warehouse capacity based on business volume, seasonal fluctuations, inventory levels, labor availability, and operational priorities.
  • Lead, train, develop, and evaluate warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff to build a high-performing warehouse team.
  • Partner with domestic and international teams, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, purchasing, finance, HR, and senior management, to resolve operational issues and support business objectives.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment, racking systems, tools, and machinery; develop maintenance plans and ensure safe and reliable warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, OSHA requirements, labor regulations, and internal operational procedures.
  • Analyze warehouse data and KPIs to identify operational bottlenecks, propose improvement plans, and provide decision support to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects related to workflow optimization, cost reduction, inventory accuracy, automation, system usage, and warehouse layout.
  • Support new warehouse setup, expansion projects, layout planning, process implementation, and team building as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Must have legal work authorization in the United States. H-1B visa support and green card sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates, subject to role eligibility and business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, supply chain, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or related operations experience.
  • 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a U.S.-based warehouse environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, preferably warehouses of 300,000–500,000+ square feet.
  • Strong experience with B2C order fulfillment, e-commerce warehouse operations, Amazon FBA, and high-volume outbound operations.
  • Experience with Amazon VC, DF, PO, or related Amazon fulfillment processes is preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, returns, cycle counting, inventory control, racking systems, and PDA/scanning operations.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, inventory management systems, and warehouse data reporting tools.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use KPIs and operational reports to identify problems and drive improvements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume, and rapidly changing warehouse operations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, cost awareness, and results orientation.
  • Experience with new warehouse setup, warehouse expansion, layout planning, or process implementation is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required for daily communication with China-based headquarters, supply chain teams, and U.S. warehouse operations teams.
