Tired of hidden fees, cut rates, and sitting empty? At Allay Express LLC, we partner with Owner-Operators to lower your operating costs and maximize your profitability. Based out of Elk Grove Village, IL, we run a transparent, family-oriented operation that keeps your truck moving with reliable, year-round freight over long-haul OTR routes.

The Allay Express Owner-Operator Advantage:

  • Earning Potential Built Around Take-Home Income: Our goal is to help dedicated Owner-Operators take home $20,000+ per month through consistent year-round freight, low operating costs, experienced dispatch, and full-time operation. Actual earnings depend on miles driven, market conditions, and individual performance.
  • Performance Cash Bonus: Get rewarded for hitting the ground running! A performance cash bonus is available after successfully completing the first month with our company.
  • True OTR Lanes: High-volume, nationwide Amazon and Dry Van freight that keeps your truck rolling profitably across the country.
  • Ultra-Low Fees & Transparency: Only a 12% dispatch fee with completely transparent settlements. Absolutely zero hidden fees.
  • 100% Fuel Discount Savings Passed to You: 100% of our negotiated fuel discounts are passed directly to our Owner-Operators. We do not keep any portion of the fuel savings. Every discount we receive from our fuel partners is returned to our Owner-Operators, helping reduce their operating costs and increase their net income.
  • Additional Cost-Saving Perks: Take advantage of our fleet fuel card programs plus exclusive repair shop and tire discounts to further protect your bottom line.
  • True Autonomy (No Forced Dispatch): You run your business your way. We work with you to find premium loads that fit your lifestyle and lane preferences within our 3–4 week OTR scheduling framework.

  • Manage your business logs and trip documentation seamlessly via standard ELD.

Our Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Equipment: Must own a reliable commercial tractor-trailer capable of hauling dry van freight.
  • Licensure: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) and current DOT Medical Card.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of professional OTR driving experience.
  • Safety Record: A clean MVR and a responsible, safety-focused driving history.
