Dispatch Helper – Amazon Delivery Operations
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location: Los Angeles 
Part-Time Available

We are looking for a dependable and organized Dispatch Helper to support our Amazon delivery operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As a Dispatch Helper, you will assist the dispatch team with daily driver support, route tracking, communication, package issues, and end-of-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Assist dispatchers with daily driver check-in and route preparation
Help monitor driver progress throughout the day
Communicate with drivers by phone or text when needed
Support drivers with delivery issues, rescues, delays, and route updates
Help track packages, returns, and end-of-day debriefs
Assist with van keys, devices, equipment, and basic operational tasks
Help keep the dispatch area organized and running smoothly
Follow company policies, safety rules, and Amazon delivery procedures
Pay and Schedule:
$19.00 per hour
start time, approximately 7:00 PM
Shifts may vary depending on daily operations
Weekend availability required

Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication skills
