Job description

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and customer growth for Amazon Global Logistics. In this role, you will actively pursue and convert new sales opportunities, focusing on expanding our client base of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Sellers. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets through strategic outreach, compelling solutions, and strong relationship building.
Key job responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new FBA Seller accounts to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently converting high-potential leads into active clients
- Implement consultative selling techniques to uncover FBA Sellers' supply chain challenges and present compelling solutions
- Conduct persuasive remote and in-person sales presentations to demonstrate the value of Amazon Global Logistics
- Lead strategic negotiations with new clients to deliver compelling implementation frameworks
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and network connections
- Create and maintain net new external facing content including guides and videos.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to strengthen sales approaches

Your day centers on driving new business through strategic prospecting and relationship building

You'll conduct discovery calls with FBA Sellers, presenting logistics solutions to address their supply chain needs. Between meetings, you'll craft proposals, analyze shipping data, and refine your outreach strategy to optimize conversion rates. Success comes from making impactful first impressions and understanding what resonates with different seller segments.

Through collaboration with colleagues and consistent pipeline management, you'll turn promising leads into valuable partnerships.
About the team
The US Sales Team within Amazon Global Logistics works closely with FBA Sellers, providing onboarding support, operational insights, and direction for new and existing logistics services. Our objective is to scale our global supply chain program for FBA Sellers and deliver a high-quality logistics experience.
