Our client is a growing logistics and e-commerce operations organization that partners with consumer brands to manage order-to-cash operations, retailer compliance, inventory coordination, and digital commerce logistics. They are seeking an Amazon Operations Associate to support day-to-day Amazon order management and client operations activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, order management, and supply chain or logistics coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full order fulfillment process from purchase order creation through delivery and payment reconciliation
- Process and monitor Amazon orders to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Reconcile inventory and order activity within Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms
- Coordinate shipping schedules and open orders with warehouse partners
- Support operational updates including EDI connectivity and item catalog maintenance
- Research and resolve product shortages, pricing discrepancies, deductions, and chargebacks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies and prevent recurring issues
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives through operational support
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and operational insights
- Build strong relationships with client brand partners and internal stakeholders
- Support Amazon-related warehouse initiatives including e-commerce bundling and prep projects
- Partner with digital commerce teams on initiatives impacting multiple business areas
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with ERP order management systems; Sage300 experience is a plus
- Strong Excel skills including reporting and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with clients, retailers, and cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
