Job description

Will oversee 4 people.

1/ Inventory Control and Management :

-             Track inventory levels : regularly monitor stock levels and ensure and secure items in sufficient quantities to meet demand.

-             Replenish stock: Create Working Tickets for inventory, based on sales trends, historical data, and demand forecasts.

-             Optimize stock levels: Prevent overstocking and understocking by managing the inventory turnover rate.

-             Perform a weekly cycle count: Validate system accuracy through routine inventory audits.

2/ Inventory Organization and Storage:

-             Organize Finished Goods warehouse: Ensure products are stored properly and are easily accessible.

-             Create new storage solutions: Prepare new boxes/bins for new items with clearly marked SKUs.

-             Space Optimization: Maximize warehouse space and optimize the layout for efficient storage and retrieval.

-             Safety and compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations meet safety regulations and company standards.

3/ Shipping:

               -             Manage Shipping Department: Oversee all outgoing shipments and related documentation.

-             Maintain shipping zones: Keep dedicated shipping-out-zones to avoid misplacement or mix-ups.

4/ Coordination with other departments:

-             Sales and Marketing: Coordinate with Sales and marketing teams to align inventory with demand forecasting and promotional campaigns.

-             Raw Goods coordination: Communicate with Raw Goods Manager: Inform Raw Goods Manager of items that need to be reordered.

5/ QVC:

  • Orders: Manage QVC orders (Dropship + Show orders)
  • Returns: Process all QVC returns within 5 to 10 days. Disassemble returned products as needed and reclassify them into FG or in Raw. Update Sage accordingly.

6/ Amazon:

  • Orders: Organize products for Amazon orders and manage inventory transfer (From FG to Amazon warehouse)

7/ Other duties:

  • Store RSO1: Pull items for delivery, and complete inventory transfer from FG to RSO1 warehouse.
  • Tradeshows: Prepare items needed and organize shipping to tradeshows.
  • Returns from WS and E-com: Process returns and put back in inventory (FG or Raw)
  • International Shipping: Create labels for international shipments.
  • Cross-training: Train and cross-train other team members to ensure multiple employees are capable of performing essential tasks..
