Job description

The Lease Administrator serves as a key member of the asset management team, responsible for managing lease agreements, landlord and tenant relationships, and property documentation for our large retail real estate portfolios. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders including tenants, property managers, legal teams, and finance departments.
Key job responsibilities
Lease Administration & Documentation
- Administer and maintain lease agreements from execution through expiration, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Process lease amendments, renewals, and terminations in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate lease abstracts and critical date tracking systems.
- Coordinate lease document execution and ensure proper filing and recordkeeping.
- Process Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreements (SDNAs) and other lease-related documentation.
Financial Management
- Track and reconcile rent payments, CAM, and other charges.
- Coordinate with accounting teams on lease-related billing and collections.
- Monitor operating expense reconciliations and CAM charges.
- Process tenant improvement allowances and lease incentives.
- Maintain financial records related to lease obligations.
Landlord/Tenant Relations & Coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for landlord lease admin teams and tenant inquiries related to lease terms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on property issues.
- Facilitate communication between tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor critical dates including rent escalations, option periods, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate insurance certificate tracking and compliance.
- Identify and escalate lease-related risks or issues to management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or another related field
- 4+ years of lease administration processes experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
